For everyone's safety The Physio Clinic Portadown is now closed. We pray that all our patients and their loved ones remain healthy and well and trust that there will be an end to the upheaval in all our lives soon.

We are keeping our lines open and anyone needing advice is free to call 028 38334910 within our normal opening hours 😊

We will make exceptions for key workers who find themselves needing to adjust their work duties or who are on sick leave due to their musculoskeletal problem.

We will continue treatment for this group with appropriate screening with one physiotherapist and one patient only present, and under the strictest hygienic conditions.

What we are doing

- strictest hygiene in the clinic
- 1 physiotherapist at a time in the clinic
- staff are asked if they, or anyone in their family, are unwell to remain at home

What we are asking you to do

- please do not come to the clinic if you are over 70 or have a vulnerable health condition. We are happy to give you whatever advice you need by telephone
- please do not enter the clinic if either you or anyone you have been in contact with does not comply to the following guidelines -

If you have recently travelled to the UK from the following in the last 14 days -

Iran
Huben province in China
Special care zones in South Korea (Daequ, Cheongdo, Gyeongsan)

Or if you have travelled from Italy since 9th March 2020

We are happy to speak to you over the phone and offer you advice. Late cancellations are not a problem and will not be charged.
- if you do enter the clinic please comply with our hygiene rules
- please be patient with the possibility of late cancellations if our physiotherapists are unwell

EXCITING NEWS!!

A new 6 week block of post natal Pilates is starting on 5th March at 10am.

These classes are suitable for any Mum, whether you are 6 weeks post natal or 16 years post natal. It is never too late to take the time to regain your inner core strength and challenge it during our functional based Pilates classes 💪💪💪

You are welcome to bring your baby or toddler along 😊
