Whether you are a beginner or whether you know your Yoga - all are welcome to breathe, move and be here now.
Those that have practiced with me will know my classes are focused heavily on the breath to ensure you have every opportunity to keep the minds eye the fixed on the source.
Our breath gives us access to all experiences in the moment after all - this is the source. We steer the mind away from past and future thoughts as we anchor ourselves with the breath in the unfolding moment.
My offerings are centred around kindness and non-judgment, this can invite a sense of play as opposed to a sense of performance when navigating postures.
Modifications are shared and all the flows are progressive so you have every opportunity to listen to the body and respond to it in kind.
For our evening classes we always stoke the fire but we tend to take it easier energetically to help us wind down at the end of the day. On Saturday we find a more energising close to the classes to help set us up for the day ahead.
Every Vinyāsa Yoga class I offer includes pranayama (breath control) & meditation.
