Dear Returning Member,

I’ve been getting a lot of messages lately from people saying they’d love to come back to Slimming World… but they’re nervous. If that’s you, let me put your mind at ease. 💛

Losing 12st 3.5lbs (78kg) with the help of his Slimming World group means that James, our Man of the Year 2025, is the active, energetic, and confident dad that he always wanted to be 🤗.
