Alan Barr massage therapist I am a qualified sports and remedial massage therapist and a full member of the FHT I am a member of the Federation of Holistic Therapists.

I offer deep tissue and remedial massage for muscle issues at my clinic in Portadown. Each session last for 1 hour and is priced at £35. I am also a Certified Oncology Massage Therapist which means I can offer massage to those who have or are in remission from cancer.

Just a wee challenge today to see how long it would take me to get up to the Saddle and back from Donard car park.
Quite pleased with 1hr 40 min. Having said that I ran back down.
Not bad for a pensioner I suppose
1hr 5min to get up and 35 min to get down

Great day out at Sally McNally's Sportive. Cycle 4 John
I must be getting too old as I'm busted. I opted for the shorter route and did 46 miles and 2560 ft of climbing. Far too many hills. Job done all the same.
The barbecue and a few pints of Guinness went down well afterwards.

All the best to all the cyclists doing this event. I didn't register in time this year but will probably join in anyway....
