Annie McGuigan. R.I.P.

The family of the late Annie McGuigan would like to express our sincerest thanks to everyone who sympathised and supported us
on the recent bereavement of our beloved mother, sister, aunt & friend.

Thank you to those who called at the house and attended the funeral, for the cards and floral tributes, and to those who helped over the wake and funeral.

A special word of thanks to Father Sheehan and Francis for the beautiful Requiem Mass and also to Sinead and her accompanist for the lovely music.

We would also like to express our heartfelt thanks to all the staff at the Southern Health and Social Care Trust, Ann's Home Care and Marie Curie for the exceptional and compassionate care they provided our mother in her final weeks at home.

Finally, our deepest thanks to Dermot & the staff at Quinn Bros for their professional & dignified manner in the handling of the funeral arrangements.

Annie's Month's Mind will be celebrated on Tuesday 26th August, at 7pm in St John The Baptist Church, Drumcree.

Joan (Joni) 30 Garvaghy Park, Beloved mother of Thomas, Wayne and Phelim, dearly loved nanny of Joel, Eva, Reuben, Clara, Cohen, Kade, Finbar, Rionach and Noah, loving daughter of Gertie and the late Danny and cherished sister of Danny, Joe, Nancy, Tommy, Carmel, Frances and the late Maria. R.I.P.

Joni will repose at her home tomorrow (Sunday) from 3.00pm until 9.00pm and on Monday from 12 noon until 9.00pm.

Funeral on Tuesday from her residence at 10.30am to the Church of St. John the Baptist, Drumcree for Requiem Mass at 11.00am.

Interment afterwards in adjoining cemetery.

Sacred Heart of Jesus have mercy on her soul.

Mary (May) R.I.P., 221 Whiteisland Lane, Derrylee Road, BT71 6PA, beloved wife the late Gerard and loving mother of Mary, Gerard, Oliver, Bronagh, Deirdre and Caitriona.

May will repose at her home on Saturday from 1.00pm until 10.00pm and on Sunday from 11.00am until removal to the Church of Our Lady Queen of Peace arriving at 5.00pm. .

Requiem Mass on Monday at 2.00pm.

Interment afterwards in adjoining cemetery,

Margaret, beloved daughter of the late Mary Kate and Owen, dear sister of Mary Thompson (Isle Of Wight) and the late Thomas James, John and Sarah Greene and dear family friend of the Cullen family, 70 Church Street, Portadown.

Removal on Thursday August 21st to St. Patrick's Church, William Street, Portadown for Mass at 10.00am.

Removal after Mass to The Church of St. John The Baptist, Toura, Belleek, Co. Fermanagh where Requiem Mass will be celebrated on Friday August 22nd at 11.00am.

Interment afterwards in adjoining cemetery.

LIDDLE.

Mary, (Maureen) née McCann. At home in Bristol, England on 29th October 2024 aged 93 years. Beloved wife of the late Maxwell, a much loved mum of Christopher, Theresa, Jacqueline and David and a dear sister to Margaret and the late Pat-Joe, Sean and Eugene, a much-loved granny and aunt to the extended family in Ireland, Spain, Germany, Australia and the USA.

Her Ashes will be interred at St. John's Cemetery Drumcree on Friday 15th August at 12.00noon.

Deeply regretted and sadly missed.

Fiona Mains - RIP 14th July 2025

The Children of the late Fiona Mains would like to express our heartfelt gratitude to all those who have supported us following our bereavement. We are forever thankful to everyone who called to the house, offered condolences, sent Mass and sympathy cards, brought food, flowers and attended the wake and funeral.

A special word of thanks to our extended family and friends for their invaluable help, support and presence at the wake and funeral, thank you for being by our side.

We are grateful for the staff at Craigavon ICU for taking such great care of Fiona and for their kindness and sentiments to Marc and Jayne. In addition we would like to thank Portadown Family Practice for their long standing care and support of our family.

Thank you to Fr. Clarke for the lovely caring ceremony and to Mairead Healy for her beautiful singing.

We are deeply grateful to Quinn Bros, Dermot, Hugh, Lynda and Mairead thank you for your professionalism, dignity, guidance and support, you respectfully handled all of the arrangements so beautifully and will always be remembered as slotting into the family.

Fiona's months mind will be celebrated on Saturday 16th August at 7.00pm St. John the Baptist Church Portadown

Maureen Foy R.I.P.

We, the family of the late Maureen Foy (RIP), wish to extend our heartfelt thanks to all who offered sympathy and support following the loss of our beloved wife, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend.

We are deeply grateful to our extended family, friends, neighbours, and the wider community for their kindness – for the many Mass and sympathy cards, messages of condolence, and generous donations to our chosen charity.

A special word of thanks to all who visited the house, attended the funeral, brought food, and supported us throughout the wake. Your presence and help meant so much.

Sincere thanks to Dermot and Mairead of Quinn Bros. Funeral Directors for their professionalism and the respectful handling of all arrangements. We are especially grateful to Fr Murphy for his support, guidance, and for celebrating a beautiful funeral Mass. Thank you also to Sinéad Willox and the pianist for the moving and thoughtful music that helped us honour Maureen’s memory.

We would like to thank all those who cared for Maureen during her illness. Our heartfelt appreciation goes to the Southern Trust Home Care team (domiciliary carers), the Marie Curie nurses, and the Lurgan Integrated Care Team – including district nurses, occupational therapists, and physiotherapists.

We also extend our sincere thanks to the staff of Craigavon Area Hospital for the care provided to Maureen during her time as an inpatient, to the staff at Church Walk Surgery, and to McKeagney’s Chemist, North Street, for their ongoing support and kindness.

As it is not possible to thank everyone individually, please accept this acknowledgment as a token of our sincere gratitude from the entire family during this sad and difficult time.

Maureen’s Month’s Mind Mass will be celebrated in St Peter’s Church on Friday, 15th August at 7.00pm.

Denise would like to thank everyone who helped Malachy and paid their respects over his funeral.
