Claire graduated with honours from University of Ulster in 2001 and completed a Post Graduate Diploma in Manual Therapy in Glasgow Caledonian University in 2008. She has gained invaluable experience in both the National Health Service and private practice and as an accomplished physiotherapist has worked with City of Armagh Rugby Club and elite athletes from many sports. She is a member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy and is registered with the health and care professions council.

Hi, I’m Claire Monaghan, founder and lead physiotherapist at Better Health Physiotherapy.
I established the practice in 2009 and have spent many years helping people recover from injury, reduce pain, and return to the activities they enjoy.
Our clinic is based in Battlehill, just outside Portadown, only 5 minutes from the Stonebridge Roundabout. We’re conveniently located for patients from Portadown, Armagh, Richhill, Markethill and Dungannon, with on-site parking and disabled access available.
Whether your condition is related to sport, work or everyday life, our goal is always the same — to provide the highest possible standard of care and guide you towards a full recovery.
