✨My Healing Room ✨ all therapies included (that I offer)!
I’ve been in 6 weeks and it has flown by! Much like this year of the fire horse it’s been super quick, and I’ve had to really ground and appreciate the quiet, still moments swiftly and promptly. Life is busy, good, and I’m embracing it. Yet I know I must embrace and plan more stillness, time for contemplating, doing nothing as well as all my gorgeous and powerful practices to keep me well, this is all needed for the function and success of my business.
So that being said, I am planning more routine to my week going forward. The new space plus other life ‘things’ has meant this has not been as disciplined. Routine is non-negotiable to my peace and achievements in all I do. As much as I love spontaneity I do feel this is about balance.
The fire horse year has also quickened up some of my peri-menopause symptoms and that has meant my monthly cycle is unpredictable which is somewhat harder to manage considering I planned my fun, creativity and work, all my life around it. I am surrendering and ready, but the unknown is now very erratic so I’m having to put new ways into place to help me. This is very new. And routine is needed. Thankfully I followed my menstrual phases in alignment with the moon for years so I know my body and how it feels in each phase, so as timelines change I am noticing but this doesn’t help some plans so managing all as best I can. I’ll talk about this in some more detail again, I promise.
All in all this year has brought a lot of changes, for the good and I’m delighted to be living them and I have to say much of that is just being in my new (last time calling it that now) healing room.
But what I do now from my experience of this year, especially since beginning of April, is that time is fast, and if we are not paying attention it will go like the speed of a wild, race horse and some of that time can be lost because we’re not giving life enough focus, stillness, contemplation and peace. So here’s to more of all of that with the fun and freedom a wild horse can bring. Let’s stay conscious and awake to what is happening around by working the energy rather than it running away!
