Our residents at Dungannon Care Home got creative this week during a wonderful arts session! 🌸

Together, they designed and created a beautiful cherry blossom poster, showing fantastic creativity and teamwork. It’s always inspiring to see everyone come together, share ideas, and bring something so lovely to life.🌸🌳

at their art class they have been decorating and painting beautiful pictures to mark what would have been Queen Elizabeth II’s 100th birthday. 🎨👑

This is more than just HR, you’ll play a key role in shaping our team from the very beginning. You will:

✔️ Lead end-to-end recruitment: from interview through to Day 1 induction
✔️ Help attract and retain high-quality, compassionate staff
✔️ Support the growth of a service that truly puts children at the heart of everything we do
✔️ Be part of an exciting journey as we build something meaningful and impactful

💡 We’re Looking For Someone Who:
✔️ Has at least 2 years’ experience in an HR or recruitment role
✔️ Is educated to GCSE level (including Maths & English)
✔️ Is confident communicating both verbally and in writing
✔️ Is computer literate, with a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
✔️ Ideally has experience within children’s residential care

Meet Leanne, one of the newest members of the Ann’s family! 💚💙

Leanne told her mum and dad that she didn’t want to keep asking for money, she wanted to earn her own money, gain independence, and build experience in a role that supports her goal of progressing into a career in nursing. 👩‍⚕️

A great read from Armagh i’s article highlighting the continued growth of our services. 📰

This new unit within Apple Blossom Lodge will allow us to expand our residential accommodation and provide high-quality care and support for people who need it most.

Alongside increasing capacity with a 46-bed unit, this development will also create 20 local jobs, supporting the community as well as those in need of care.

We are proud to continue making a positive difference for individuals, families, and the wider community. 💚💙

We are delighted to welcome Carleen Cumiskey to our growing Children’s Care team.

Carleen’s background is in forensic psychology and she brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in supporting young people within multi-disciplinary settings.

She will be working closely with our teams to promote the best outcomes for the young people in our care, using trauma- and attachment-informed approaches to support co-regulation and foster psychological safety.

We are excited to have Carleen join the team and look forward to working with her.
