"From fearing weights to using them as my rehab tool. 💪🖤"

"On the left, I was scared to lift because I thought it would make things worse after haven back surgery, then going back into completing in mixed martial arts i was 8 weeks into a fight camp and I put my back out again which i thought it wouldn't of happened after stretching consistency and doing bodyweight core and lower back exercises that i was told to do by my doctor but it didnt work it needed more than just that. Stretching can only do so much, I was back to square one again. I felt weak, fragile, and stuck. On the right, I learned that the right weight training isn’t the enemy—it’s medicine. By applying back rehab exercises and staying consistent, I built strength, confidence, and freedom of movement. Progress comes when fear meets consistency. 🏋️‍♂️✨

This is why you dont get obsessed by the weighing scales girls. Caitlin has lost loads of inches off her body. It's crazy when you look at her weigh-in weight it doesn't add up if you look at the photos. That's why taking photos is so important, even if you don't like to do it. I posted daniels progress photos 4 months ago, and the difference in him is unreal. It just shows that when you change your lifestyle around for the better, cutting out the bad habits you once relied on to make you feel good is now a thing of the pass.

Glutes Pending 🍑

REMEMBER being in a calorie deficit will not help you build muscle or those glutes you have always wanted.

I have seen too many COACHES starve their clients for a ‘quick fix’ weight loss without the consideration of the long term goals!

Granted, if the goal is to LOSE weight, calorie deficit is what you should be after, but to build muscle, a caloric SURPLUS should be considered.

After a deficit there should be an aftercare program in place to reintroduce a healthy caloric balance, also known as REVERSE DIETING. This will help you build whilst maintaining a good relationship with food and a positive mindset, helping prevent binge eating and unnecessary weight gain after all that hard work. 📝
