Clare had contacted me looking me to take her on as a client and work with her as I'd previously worked with her husband Keith to get him ready for a photo shoot for his 50th so I was happy to do so no problem.
Clares work rate in the gym is very impressive she trains hard ever session so I knew she would put the work in with the training, cardio & nutrition.

I asked clare, could I mention her age because I think it will help motivate people and show them age is only a number if you are willing to work for it, you can achieve a healthy strong body 💪

Absolutely, if I can help inspire anyone - I am 49 going on 29 lol!!! Gym for me is for both for fitness and mental well being. I am also trying to be an example to my girls. Thank you for all your support and guidance.

Back injuries are no joke.

After 10 years of flare-ups, physio appointments, painkillers, and being locked on the floor unable to move, I was genuinely ready to quit training.

One wrong move at jiu-jitsu threw me right back to square one. Then lockdown hit. My back finally felt better, but I'd lost all my strength. When gyms reopened, I was weak and out of shape—but determined.

So I built a full training program from zero, with proper back rehab included in every stage. Slowly, I started seeing progress. My confidence came back. I stopped fearing movements that once crippled me. I felt fitter, faster, stronger—and pain free.

Now I wake up every day grateful for the simple things, especially a healthy body.

That journey is exactly how the Wellfit Training System was created. 💪
