"From fearing weights to using them as my rehab tool. 💪🖤"
"On the left, I was scared to lift because I thought it would make things worse after haven back surgery, then going back into completing in mixed martial arts i was 8 weeks into a fight camp and I put my back out again which i thought it wouldn't of happened after stretching consistency and doing bodyweight core and lower back exercises that i was told to do by my doctor but it didnt work it needed more than just that. Stretching can only do so much, I was back to square one again. I felt weak, fragile, and stuck. On the right, I learned that the right weight training isn’t the enemy—it’s medicine. By applying back rehab exercises and staying consistent, I built strength, confidence, and freedom of movement. Progress comes when fear meets consistency. 🏋️♂️✨
