Entering the Year of the Horse 🐎✨
Mat Pilates by Candlelight & Guided Breathwork 🕯️

Join us for a nourishing evening of slow movement, breath, and deep restoration. 🌿

This carefully curated session is designed to support nervous system regulation, reconnect you with your body, and create space for clarity and calm as we begin to move into the new season. 🌬️✨

🕯️ We’ll begin with gentle, accessible Mat Pilates with in a candlelit studio, followed by guided breathwork with .with.marisacris to encourage relaxation and balance. 🧘‍♀️

The evening will conclude with light refreshments and snacks, offering time to unwind and integrate.

Breath reaches the body before the mind.

Movement needs breath to feel safe and supported.
So when someone is overwhelmed, anxious, or exhausted, the breath is often the first place we begin.

Over time, I began to notice patterns —
how a slower exhale can settle the nervous system,
how natural breathing can gently bring people back into themselves,
how much can shift when the body is met with softness and care.

Becoming a breathwork teacher felt less like stepping into something new
and more like returning to a foundation that had always been there.

This is why breath now weaves through my current treatments and creative sessions —
not to push, fix, or force anything,
but to create enough safety for the body to rest, respond, and listen.

Becoming a breathwork teacher feels right.
It feels meant to be.

The way we breathe is the way we feel - and the way we feel shapes how we live.

I’m inviting you to begin taking gentle control of your breath and discover a natural way to calm your nervous system, release stress, and feel more at ease in your body and mind.

These sessions are a supportive space to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and learn simple breathing practices you can use in everyday life.
