Ever looked at a rota and thought, "this could be run better"?
Of course you have.
Because sometimes, the people in coordinator roles haven't worked in care themselves — so they don't always understand the logistics.
But you do.
👉 You know a rota never goes exactly to plan.
👉 You know a 20-minute gap isn't always really a gap.
👉 You know every person we support has their own routine — and the schedule has to respect that.
We understand all of that. We know how important it is to have someone coordinating care who's been there and gets the reality of the job.
That's why we're looking for someone with domiciliary care experience to step into a Care Coordinator role.
A chance to step up — without losing the hands-on side of care.
You'll join a small, supportive office team of 4 — coordinating calls, supporting colleagues, and keeping the service running smoothly. You'll also still be out delivering care.
Day to day, you'll:
✅ Make sure every call is covered
✅ Adjust plans when things change
✅ Communicate clearly with carers, the people we support, and their families
It's busy. Sometimes unpredictable. But it keeps the whole service working — and you already know how that feels.
What you'll need:
• Domiciliary care experience
• Confidence using IT systems
• A calm, proactive approach
• The right to work in the UK
What you'll get:
• A genuine step up
• Full induction and ongoing training (including Care Certificate where required)
• Strong team support
• Real potential to progress
This role is subject to an enhanced DBS check and satisfactory references, in line with safer recruitment standards.
We're an equal opportunities employer and welcome applications from people of all backgrounds.
