Through lengthy research, both quantitative and qualitative, Platinum Care Solutions was established in 2004 to manage gap in care staff supply. The research undertaken demonstrated that the health care industry could benefit from a service supplier that commits itself fully to the cause without hidden charges, discovered to be causing financial difficulties that were occurring in a number of care establishments. This month, through Three Hearts as One, we are bringing our Platinum Care family together while raising funds for the British Heart Foundation. It is a cause we feel strongly about, one that supports life-saving research, offers reassurance to families, and helps more people live longer, healthier lives.

These three hearts are now held together as one, under the Platinum Care Group. This brings stronger support behind the scenes, shared learning, and a deeper sense of reassurance, allowing our teams to focus on what matters most — caring with calm, confidence, and kindness.

Throughout February, we are holding Three Hearts as One, a month of gentle joy and togetherness in support of the British Heart Foundation.

Across our group, clients will be invited to enjoy light, heart-themed moments created with care and warmth in mind — cheerful bingo sessions, creative arts and crafts, shared laughter, and calm activities that nurture connection, comfort, and everyday happiness.
