A gentle update for my beautiful community 🌾

As lots of you will have seen, from April 1st, today, there will be a small increase in appointment fees.

This change allows me to continue providing the quality of care that you have come to expect, unhurried appointments, thoughtful treatment and a space where you can feel supported, listened to and at ease. 🤍

Running a small, independent clinic means balancing rising costs while keeping care personal and sustainable for the long term and this step helps ensure that.

✨ Summer harvest in full swing! 🌿 The boys picked these redcurrants straight from the garden (and munched a few along the way 🤷🏻‍♀️🤦‍♀️),🍒 some of nature’s little gems, bursting with flavour and nutrition.

Redcurrants are rich in vitamin C, antioxidants and fibre, perfect for boosting immunity, supporting healthy skin and keeping you refreshed during the sunny season. ☀️💪

There is something so satisfying about growing your own food and reaping the rewards of the season. 🌱🌞 It doesn’t matter if you are snacking, baking or preserving, these tiny berries pack a rather mighty punch!
