Kicking off January 7th! 🎉
The new beginners yoga club will be held at Newton, Porthcawl every Wednesday 6-7pm.
If gentle movement and stretching is something you’d like to give a go, I encourage you to step outside your comfort zone and join a small group of fellow beginners and enjoy the journey of learning something new.
My teaching style is make sure no one, including myself, takes themselves too seriously 😂 I fall and fail at yoga poses alllll the time! I still sometimes forget to breathe and I also let my mind wander into what my next weeks food shop will be…
There are many benefits to beginning a yoga practice, from helping posture, encouraging better sleep, working your metabolism, improving relaxation and breathing techniques, supporting muscles to help achy muscles/ backs and shoulders. I could go on!
If you have any questions about the beginner course, please don’t hesitate to ask! And don’t forget, you don’t need to be able to touch your toes to do yoga 😂
