The sessions will comprise of Circuit Training, High Intensity Interval Training, Running and Primal Training. The sessions will be held at various locations such as Bodawen Park, Cob Crwn, Morfa Beach, Borth Y Gest and many other venues TBC. Sessions will be led by Qualified Physical Training Instructor Andy Collins.

Still trying to take it all in… 

A massive THANK YOU to everyone who supported me during the Madog Spin 24hr Challenge for Blood Bikes Wales. Whether you donated, showed up, cheered me on, or kept me going through the tough hours — it really meant everything.

A massive thanks to Neuadd Penmorfa for offering such a fantastic location for the event. 

We’ve currently raised an incredible £2400, which works out perfectly at £100 an hour 🙌 An amazing achievement made possible by all of you.

Donations will still be open until the end of the week if anyone still wants to donate.

I’m honestly overwhelmed by the support shown throughout the challenge. The encouragement, the energy, and the time we shared together is something I’ll never forget. It made every single minute worthwhile.

Proud to have been part of something so special, raising money for such a fantastic charity. Thank you all so much.

Llongyfarchiadau i am enill Cystadleuaeth 'review' Madog Spin.

Oh my quad. Just started spinning with Instructor Andy, who's already well known in the Tremadog/Porth area if you ever went to any of the old Madog Pop-up Fitness classes.

Anyway, he'll push you as hard as you want to go. If you want an easy, beginner-friendly spin class, he'll give you that. But if you want, you can also have 45 mins of bike torture. With disco lights.

In which case, be prepared to incinerate calories, destroy your calves and sweat - a lot. Bring water and a towel. Maybe a spare tee.

"One more rep!" he'll say, over and over again. Or his other favourite: "And another half turn ON!" Your legs may disagree. Violently.

Worth it? Absolutely. I'm signed up for the next 10 weeks. By then I fully expect to have calves like Jack Grealish, quads like Toby Faletau and the glutes of prime-era Victoria Pendleton.

10/10 Would recommend. And the playlists are class too.

Our Story

Madog Pop-up Fitness Training is outdoor fitness training sessions held in the Porthmadog area. The sessions will comprise of Circuit Training, High Intensity Interval Training, Running and Primal Training. The sessions will be held at various locations such as Bodawen Park, Cob Crwn, Morfa Beach, Borth Y Gest and many other venues in the local area including an indoor facility for those cold, dark winter evenings. These Sessions will be led by Qualified Royal Air Force Physical Training Instructor (15 years), Personal Trainer level 3 and Gym Instructor level 2 Andy Collins.
