Hi,this happened a while ago, but lots has happened, but it felt right to post this now.
I practice every day and it has an important ritual, and I'm very disaplined with myself.
Kundalini 🧘‍♀️actually shifts patterns and clears energy, so a very powerful tool which, I can now combine with my other therapies, all of which I love and I'm very proud of myself for achieving all of them.
We are all so hard on ourselves and and are always striving to be the very best we can, so let's pat ourselves on the back for all our achievements, even it's it's just getting up in the morning 🌄
I'm going to be teaching this soon when I find a venue and also online.

What a year!!
Thankyou every one for sticking with me as it's been a year 9f highs and lows!
Definitely been a year of shredding the old into the new, the snake year is so apt,
Looking forward to bringing in new experiences and feels like a restart.
As we flow gently and avoid forcing things to happen, follow your hearts and dreams, remember you are where you meant to be, and be patient.
It's all coming , bring on the year of the Fire Horse!

I'm now in Porthtowan, ready to start treatments I the new year and my exciting kundalini. Yoga.

I've been procrastinating about doing a video, and because alot has happened. I totally lost my confidence and felt really fractured.
Kundalini has been my savour and helped shift these emotions and clear my space.
Doing small quick fixes can clear your energy field and help you move on with your day, as it's such a crazy time of year, and we get stuck in the mass of frantic energy.
The year of the snake is ending, and we are shredding our skins!
So for a quick fix, do these movements.
Breath in and out through your nose as it helps your nervous system.
Close your eyes and concentrate on your third eye ( between your eyebrows)
Hold , squeeze everything tight and hold your breath, sitting straight and you neck tucked back and your chins in!
Breath and release.
Do each posture for about a minute and if you can't sit in easy pose(cross legs) sit with legs straight out and your back straight.

So many of you know l have been working hard to gain my certificate, and I am now a fully qualified Kundalini teacher!!
So now I will offering one to one sessons and can also offer combined treatments using this to really kick-start your treatments with reiki always coming through.
I am also starting a Kundalini class soon with reiki healing in January 2026
