We would like to sincerely apologise to all patients who attended our recent Covid vaccination clinic. We recognise that the service provided on the day fell below the standard we expect and strive to deliver.
Following a full review, we have set out a clear explanation of what occurred, including recent national changes to consent and staffing requirements, and the actions we are taking to ensure this does not happen again.
