This post is for all the women across North Somerset, impacted by the menopause. This time of the year, above all else, can have an even bigger impact than normal! juggling multiple balls, dropping several, trying to hold things together, playing super mum, wonder woman etc whilst feeling utterly overwhelmed, exhausted, with anxiety off the scale.
If this resonates with you, at all, then please come along to our monthly Menopause Cafe at the wonderful The Other Place in Weston Super Mare. A warm, open, safe space where women support women, all led by the amazing Fiona Gillespie. In January Caroline from Better Health North Somerset will be coming along to talk about diet and food for Menopause. A perfect way to kick start the New Year and adopt some healthy habits

Curo are holding its second Menopause Retreat week commencing 12th January, there are still limited beds available for women to stay for the week as well as a week of wonderful workshops focusing on self reflection, mindfulness, and guidance to help you recharge and so much more, for those of you who want to attend daily.
