If you've hit a wall with your strength training and don't understand what's going on 🫵🏻 Ask yourself are you pushing yourself enough?

If you're trying to up your weights you need to make sure you hit every single rep you planned to 🥵 even if you need a quick breather mid-set 🔥

Stay consistent with this method, and your reps and weights will start going back up in no time 👌🏻

As the saying goes, "get comfortable being uncomfortable"

And this is so true for how you should be feeling come the end of each set when you're training. You want to feel like you're working at full tilt and don't have anything left on the tank come the end of each set 💪🏻
