Our Director Natalie von Tersch spent some time talking with Becky Ray from Culture Kick Ltd about fear and how we can mitigate the fear of getting it wrong - safely!

Great session yesterday with IOSH Bristol and West, with talks from Andrew Ellis at ACE Consulting and hands on displays by Rightway Environmental ltd.

The importance of a management plan, not just a survey, was a key takeaway.

This year is the 50th anniversary of the Health and safety at work act. We will be celebrating all the changes seen and lives saved. More work to do though.
