Physiotherapy Update 🤍 

At the moment, we are unfortunately unable to take on any new physiotherapy clients. Sarah is currently working at full capacity and squeezing in appointments wherever possible between existing clients and classes, but the diary is now completely full! 

A gentle reminder that the studio will open 15 minutes prior to class, but no earlier, as we need this time to pack down and reset following physiotherapy appointments. 

Thank you so much for your continued understanding, patience, and support. It truly means a lot.

With our soft moon lighting and tranquil environment, the studio feels warm, cosy, and grounding…a little escape from the outside world. In the summer months, we open the shutters to let in nourishing sunshine, filling the space with natural light and fresh energy. 

We’re fully equipped with everything you need to support you in both your yoga and pilates practice, so you can simply arrive, settle in, and enjoy the class. 

Located centrally in Portishead near the marina, with parking, showers and toilets on site, we’ve made it easy and comfortable to fit your practice into your day.

Join Jo G on the mat this Saturday for her signature Primal Flow class. A strong, structured practice designed to build strength, flexibility, and endurance across the whole body. 

Primal Flow follows a set sequence, allowing you to observe your progress week by week as you grow more confident and connected in the practice. Expect clear options for newer students, alongside deeper layers and challenges for more experienced yogis.

Are you an early riser, or would you like to be? Join Marie every Friday morning for ‘Rise and Flow’. An uplifting yoga class designed to gently wake the body, clear the mind, and set you up beautifully for the day and the weekend ahead. 

Expect a thoughtfully sequenced flow with Marie’s beautiful theming and wonderfully curated cues, guiding you through mindful movement, breath, and strength-building transitions. The practice is energising yet grounded, leaving you feeling focused, open, and ready to take on whatever the day brings.

Upcoming Workshop 🩵

 ‘Sink Into Stillness’ with Pippa 

Sunday 8th February, 5.00-7.00pm 

Join Pippa for a cosy, nourishing evening of yin yoga, meditation, and cacao. A beautiful opportunity to slow down, soften, and reconnect.  

This calming experience is designed to support a gentle nervous system reset through guided meditation and a restorative yin practice, allowing the body and mind to fully unwind.  

We’ll then close the evening with a heart-opening cacao circle, creating space for reflection, connection, and self-love. A perfect Sunday evening offering to rest, restore, and refill your cup. Please bring your own mug. 

A little bit about Pippa ….

I’m a recently qualified yoga and meditation teacher focusing on yin yoga with a calm, gentle and grounded approach that supports nervous system regulation. I want my classes to feel inviting and open allowing everyone to breathe and simply be.

Happy New Year, Physio Flow community!  

We hope you are well and settling into the year ahead. In yoga, the New Year isn’t about pushing forward with rigid goals or setting strict resolutions. Instead, it offers an opportunity to pause, reflect, and move forward with intention. Intentions are softer and more compassionate than resolutions. They invite curiosity rather than pressure, and allow space for change, rest, and growth to unfold naturally.

We’re excited to announce that our Friday pop-up classes are back this week! Hosted by a different teacher each time, these practices offer something new and exciting every week. A great way to explore different styles of practice!

Flow and Rest Yoga with Sioned 
Friday 6th January, 6.00-7.00pm 

A slow flow class combining flow yoga with restorative yoga and deep relaxation. The flow element will involve flowing sequences to warm the body and connect movement with breath. This will be balanced with calming restorative postures and blissful relaxation. You will float off the mat for a peaceful night’s sleep! 

Kundalini Yoga with Deborah 
Friday 23rd January, 6.00-7.15pm 

Kundalini yoga is a very powerful practice for those who want to focus on the more spiritual aspect of yoga. Deborah will support you in your journey and welcomes students of all levels for this beautiful introduction to Kundalini.

Cacao, Meditation and Sound with Natasha 
Friday 30th January, 7.00-8.00pm 

A heart-led evening of gentle ceremonial cacao, guided meditation, and sound. A welcoming space to slow down, connect and restore.

New Year Offerings ✨ 

We are delighted to welcome Natasha to the studio with two beautiful offerings, running on the first and last Sunday of the month, commencing Sunday 25th January. 

Monthly Sound Bath 
Sunday 25th January, 6:00–7:15pm 
Investment: £22.00  

A deeply restorative sound bath using crystal singing bowls and gentle sound instruments to support relaxation and nervous system regulation. Simply lie down, rest, and allow the sound to carry you into a state of deep calm. 

Cacao, Sound & Meditation 
Sunday 1st February, 6:00–7:30pm 
Investment: £25 

A heart-led evening of gentle ceremonial cacao, guided meditation, sound, and reflective sharing. A welcoming space to slow down, connect, and begin the month feeling grounded and supported.
