Well that is me ready to start my weekend!
What a fantastic week of classes and massages.
Thank you everyone for turning up week after week, you really make my job enjoyable. 💞
See you for boxing on Monday at the revised time of 6pm and a bonus pilates class at 7pm.
The rest of the week falls as it always has.

I am 20 years old today!
This time 20 years ago, I became self employed, I had been a Personal Trainer for Redwood lodge previously and slowly built up a client list that just kept growing and at the time it seemed crazy taking the step away from a guaranteed wage each month, especially with a 4 and 3 year old, but I’m not one to to take the easy route in life.
There have been times when it’s been so hard, I’ve questioned myself and even fell out of love with the industry after selling my gym, The Hub. But I picked myself up, restarted and have to say, I love every minute.
That’s also because of you! You make my week by turning up to class, trusting me to fix your bodies with massage and train you to your goals through PT.
So, happy 20 years to me and thank you to each and everyone of you for sticking with me…… some of you have been with me this whole time ! Wow!
