Manual Lymphatic Drainage Massage (MLD) lymphatic drainage utilises a very light pressure combined with soft pumping movements in the direction of the lymph nodes. A lymph system which is in need of treatment can show itself through tiredness, premature ageing, puffiness, swollen joints, cellulite, spotty skin or acne. It’s also really good for scarring, broken capillaries in the face, stress, poor immunity or you suffer regularly from common illnesses like colds. It’s also recommended for people who lead sedentary lifestyles or those who want to reduce puffiness, swelling & water retention.

I am now able to offer Sound Healing 1 to 1 sessions in my treatment room. You can either add it on at the end of another treatment or just have a sound healing session. Sound healing, also known as sound therapy, has various scientifically recognised benefits, primarily centered around stress reduction, pain management, and improved mental well-being.
