Viv’s Crystal Spotlight – Working with Dioptase

Hello and welcome back. 🔮💜🔮

For this post, I wanted to share a crystal from my personal collection — one I’ve had for many years but recently felt called to sit with and work more deeply: Dioptase.

The piece I have is a beautiful deep green-blue, raw and vibrant. Dioptase is known as a powerful heart healer and is said to have a strong effect on the human energy field. Spiritually, it encourages living in the present, cleansing the mind and helping transform negative patterns into positive ones. It’s also said to reach deeply into the heart space, absorbing old wounds and emotional pain, and inviting in a new frequency of love.

While not medically proven, Dioptase is believed to support cellular health by activating T-cells and the thymus. It’s also associated with easing high blood pressure, relieving migraines, and even helping with Meniere’s disease.

A little note of care — Dioptase contains copper. While it’s not considered highly toxic in solid form, it’s best to wash your hands after handling it. 💜🩷💜

Welcome back. Today I thought it would be nice to look at crystals and pendulums -

Pendulums: Where Energy Meets Curiosity 💎

I’ve been using crystal pendulums for a while now—mainly clear quartz and green Aventurine—to tune in, check energy, or get a little clarity when my mind feels noisy. Lately, I’ve been diving a bit deeper into how and why they work, and thought it might be interesting to share for anyone who’s curious too.

Turns out, pendulums aren’t just for intuition. In science, they’ve been used for centuries to study time, gravity, and motion. Kinda wild that something so simple—a string and a weight—can be both a spiritual tool and a scientific instrument.
Whether it’s a piece of quartz or brass, there’s something calming and precise about watching it swing. It reminds me that you don’t have to pick between logic and intuition—sometimes, they’re just two sides of the same motion. ⭐️🔮⭐️

Beginner Tip: If you’re just starting out, try asking your pendulum yes/no questions you already know the answers to. It’s a great way to learn how your pendulum responds before diving deeper. ### 💜🩷💜
