My name is Mischa and I am a fully qualified and insured Yoga Alliance teacher who endeavours to teach and practice with the key principles of yoga in mind. These include: breath, intention and non-violence, as well as tuning into and relaxing the mind and body. My classes, which are suitable for all levels, integrate breath, chakras, alignment, awareness and active relaxation in order to move stagnant energy and give the body an opportunity to speak and be heard. By uniting the mind and body through the breath, we are able to restore energy throughout the body and de-clutter the mind. In my classes, we will cultivate core strength, stamina and flexibility as well as cleanse and de-toxify.
