Harvesting all that we have loved about Summer , we have prepared this evening to help ease into the quieter months.

Using leaf whisks and salty body scrubs enriched with oranges and herbs and harnessing the simple, innate power of heat we will guide you home to your body preparing you for a deeply relaxing soundbath on the shore with the open sky above and the gentle sound of waves all around.

Spaces are purposefully limited and we cannot wait to welcome you to this beautiful Full Moon event.

FRIENDS

Today was a good day.

I got up early and turned left along the coast to pick up my buddy .

We’d arranged a trip out to Devon to visit one of my fave other saunas .

It’s always wonderful to weave down the single track lanes with the windows down and anticipation in our bellies .

Arriving at Rob and Ambers beautiful wooden sauna is magical , joyous and today made even more special as joined us.

Tiff hosts at the sauna and spoke of her collection of foraged herbs, her love of the Great Outdoors and how the sauna unites.

I could tell she is deeply connected to her job on the beach and it was wonderful to share time with everyone in what feels like our natural environment !
