A LITTLE BIT OF LOVE
.. for the incredible & all the beautiful souls who shared their time, energy and hearts with us yesterday.
Amidst the elements & guided expertly & intuitively by Nick, we returned home to ourselves and all was well with the world.
There’s a reason awarded Nick the UKs Best Sauna Practitioner and yesterday we felt the LOVE.

💫 WEEKEND SHENANIGANS 💫

Last weekend was full of joy + celebration.

There were birthdays + suprise engagements + hendos + even the transition back to work after the holidays was celebrated .

With banners + flags + balloons .

And bubbles outside in the crisp winter sun.

It was truly a delight to share these precious moments with everyone .

Rites of passage that will be part of the tapestry of life + part of the Beauty of the sauna for years to come.

It’s important we celebrate .
Find joy in the every day .

It needn’t be fancy + bling + all of the things ( although this is wonderful too)

Join Will in a class designed to ignite the body’s natural movement patterns through stretching + strength building + enjoy the freedom that comes as we open up the internal pathways encouraging us to feel truly alive .

We will sauna + practise the simplicity of sweat bathing combining this natural way of regulating the nerves + ease with gentle ( yet powerful ) yogic breathing techniques + grounding meditations.

Each session will be slightly different as we move through the year + a weaving together of all our passions + skills .

The evenings will close with juices + good intentions + a sense of enormous well being.

There are limited spaces + folks are already interested so don’t leave it too long to reserve your space.
