Hello,

Well I just wanted to pop on here to let everyone know that Monday the 16th and Tuesday the 17th March will be my last time running my groups on Portland. I have met and helped some fabulous people and it was a tough decision to make.
I want to wish all my members past and present , good luck with their onward journeys.
Good news though groups will be taken over.
Lucy will be taking over on a Monday,
Sam will be taking over on a Tuesday.

Busy Day in the Miller household..
Bit of batch cooking going on along with dinner for this evening...
Which is a gammon joint in the slow cooker.
So a jiffy chicken jalfrezi,
And a thai red chicken curry which we had originally from our Slimming World kitchen box. Double the ingredients and got 10 portions from each at just over 300gm .
Just rainbow rice to go with it and a fabulous free meal.
