Through Bodhi Massage, I aim to help members of the local community to maintain a healthy body, mind and spirit in order to live happy and fulfilling lives. I tailor each treatment to the individual needs of the client, whether it be deep work to relieve muscle tension, remedial work to muscle injuries, relaxing treatments for stress relief, nutritional guidance, training tips or nurturing spiritu

al growth. I am qualified to international standards (ITEC) in Sports Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, and Swedish Massage. As a holistic massage therapist I am committed to deepening my knowledge to bring ever better levels of service to the community. I'm a member of the Federation of Holistic Therapists and fully insured up to £6M.
