It's been a very busy few months with Osprey classes & massages at Flair!
Please find below the dates for TIDE outdoor training classes on Sunday mornings (minimum of 4 participants to run the class) and massage availability left at Flair (first come first serve basis, no other dates available).
Remember I teach Pump on Tues 6 & 7pm, Fri 9.30am and Spin Fri 7pm at Osprey!!
