Spring / Summer TIDE now only £5 per class, getting fit doesn't have to be expensive 🫰 it's cheaper than a glass of wine or large bar of chocolate, it loses calories not adds them, it's gets you outdoors and exercise with like minded people.

💪 Let's get outdoors to train, TIDE is coming to a Thursday evening as well as Sunday mornings on Grove Park, £7 for 1 class or £12 for 2 a week!

🏊‍♂️ Open Water Swimming Coaching is back for it's second season with Josh, Wednesdays @ 6pm - Black Barge, Portland & Sundays 9am - Greenhill, Weymouth!
