Physio-led Hatha and Yin Yoga The Yoga I offer draws on my experience as a Physiotherapist, a Hatha and Yin Yoga teacher, and as a Pilates instructor.

The classes are suitable for all levels. We focus on alignment, strengthening, stretching, breath work, AND relaxation.

Physio-led Hatha and Yin Yoga in Portobello

Does your New Year resolve include carving out some time for your physical and mental well-being? Would you like to practice some movement that will build strength, and improve flexibility and alignment, whilst helping you unwind and relax? The yoga I offer draws on years of experience as a Physiotherapist, a Hatha and Yin Yoga teacher, and a Pilates instructor.

All levels are welcome. Adaptations can be made if you have a health condition or injury AND the classes are friendly and fun.

The Physio-led Hatha and Yin Yoga classes are at the Yellow Bamboo Yoga studio on Baileyfield Road. Classes can be done virtually via Zoom if that suits you better. The cost is £11 per class when block booking or £13 to drop in.
