It’s amazing how much tension we store in the face without even realising it.
The jaw.
Around the eyes.
The forehead.
Even the scalp.
So many people clench their jaw while stressed or hold tension in the face all day long.
Facial yoga is such a lovely habit to get into — either in the morning to wake up the face and circulation, or in the evening to soften, relax, and unwind.

Anyone else feeling the shock of being back to busy?
Work, school, routines... it’s like you just start to wind down and suddenly life speeds up again.
That’s why I’ve been leaning into my daily yoga practice. Just 10–15 minutes of gentle Kundalini each day has been the perfect reset for my mind and body. It’s not about pushing hard—just showing up for myself. A little movement, a little breath, a big shift in energy.
I’ve also dusted off my juicer and started sharing some favourite recipes with my yoga group. This vibrant green juice was an instant mood-lifter—fresh, zesty, and packed with goodness.
Start simple. A few minutes for yourself can go a long way.

Fresh Green Juice Recipe for a Vibrant Boost 2 servings

1 Apple, large green
2 stalks Celery
1 Cucumber
