Hello,

I am enrolled in a hypnotherapy course (with the Academy of the Inner Mind) and as part of the course, I need to do a few case studies.

I am looking for 2 people who would be willing to join in for the case studies and who want to work to resolve their issues with either 1. anxiety, 2. emotional eating/weight loss/healthy lifestyle; 3. chronic pain, 4. depression, or 5. confidence building.

You would need to be available for an initial phone consultation (around 30 min) and for 3-6 sessions (each between 60-90 min). Sessions will happen more or less once a week. The sessions can take place online or in person (I am based in Hove, UK). There will be no fee required.

Please pm me if you are interested.

I can only offer the case study sessions to 2 people so I apologise if you would miss out. In case you would not be part of the case studies, I would be happy to discuss and explore the possible alternative avenues available to you.

Ps. Please be aware that I might need to decline your offer to participate due to certain contraindications.

The thought 'I am not good enough' caused me so much agony... I felt not feminine enough, not clever enough, not spontaneous enough, not beautiful enough, not funny enough.... and I used to ruminate about it all and feel really miserable.

Until I realised that this is just a thought I have. And that thought isn't necessarily true and it doesn't have to mean ANYTHING about myself ... unless I WANT it to mean something.

And recognising this switched how I relate to what I think. It opened a door to being playful with my thoughts and feelings. Knowing that I don't need to attach meaning (and I can always if I want to) gave me space to be happy with who I am and enjoy the simple things in life.

Great to not overcomplicate life ... there are enough complexities around :)

And if you are in doubt... you are more than good enough just the way you are!

And if you don't feel good enough... that's okay too. You will know when you are ready to know.

Yesterday morning I felt sad. I could have looked for reasons why I felt sad but I choose to accept it, to allow it and not judge it - and later it was gone. Rather than resisting, I accept. Rather than fighting, I surrender. Rather than fearing, I am trusting. And as a result, life is feeling a lot more peaceful and effortless. :)

I am excited to share my new project with you and for a limited time you can join for free 🙂. I’ve created an online course which supports a change of mindset so that you can step away from identifying with self-destructive beliefs, step towards fulfilment and expand your inner peacefulness.

I have 10 people already starting and I am looking for another 10 people (especially those between the age of 18 - 40 but there are still a few places available if you’re 40+) to do this course for free in exchange for giving a review and filling in a feedback form about the course and the website. This is the beta version of the course and with your support I will be able to improve the content and customer experience.

There are some short videos, a series of thought-provoking questions, writing and integration assignments aiming for you to:

- question your beliefs, ideas, and expectations
- find out what is true and what isn’t
- create peace with what you feel & think
- reclaim the self-worth you were born with
- respect yourself within your own thinking
- stop believing harmful lies you tell yourself
- allow negative thoughts without becoming identified
- practice being kind towards yourself

The course integrates lessons from mindfulness and zen in your daily life. The focus is on creating awareness of how you relate to your mind and to stop identifying yourself with each thought and feeling that presents itself.

For whom is the course?
Anyone who struggles with:
- low self-esteem or self-doubt
- persistent negative thoughts
- overthinking or anxiousness
- feeling overwhelmed by thoughts or feelings
- integrating mindfulness in their daily life
- letting go of intense feelings or negative thought patterns
- the yearning for peace of mind
- their onging to feel at home within

When I was practicing being kind towards myself, the thought 'I am not good enough', was an obvious unkind thought. In order to stick to being kind, I choose to stop believing thinking that I am not good enough.

That was a great choice! It still makes me smile :)
