All you can control is your Now moment state, how present can we become in this storm? we have to get clear in our Now, how we are going to react? how are we going to navigate this tsunami? With compassion, with love, with observing and being present, finding your breath, finding your body and practicing being in the moment, because we are all going to be okay, all is well, we are healthy, we are whole, we create our reality🙏✨
