Perfect morning for a run. Another 10k in the bag and it’s another loss on the scales too. Feeling great, eating great and losing weight 🤩🤩🤩

I’m Buzzing 🤩🤩🤩.
After a real challenging week I was still on plan but certain things were worrying me. A meal out the night before weigh in. A curry was on the menu but I was totally in control. And just completed my fastest 5k parkrun UK.
Was lovely to see Slimming world Baffins, Portsmouth with Chantelle there too ❤️😊
And then to see such a brilliant loss on the scales this morning has me jumping for joy! Mindset is so focused and I’m determined to hit my goal of 3 stone in 12 weeks 🥰

Nothing better then some body magic to clear the mind, body and soul 😊. And my furthest run this year too. Then home for a fresh trim and tucking into a gorgeous new creation I have made. The perfect breakfast doesn’t exist……………….

Well today it did!!! 😋😋🥰

It’s Mike a hug in a bowl. Adding a dollop of my favourite lemon curd it takes my porridge up a notch or 10 🤣🤣.
And not to mention I can still lose weight without missing out on my favourite comfort food.

HOOORRAAAAYY!!!!
January has come to an end which means a new month to make goals and set plans.
It’s weigh day for me and super pleased it’s another loss. On plan 100% and feeling incredible. Another parkrun UK complete too.
Proud offs in January:
No chocolate for the month ✅
4 parkruns complete ✅
A loss in group every week for January ✅
Wanted to lose a stone. Lost 1st 10lb 💪🔥

I know the struggle to lose weight and I promise you will be in the best hands at one of my groups. Being supported my myself and the fabulous members that attend to help you achieve your GOAL!!! 🤩🤩❤️

Took a long route home from work today. Adding more body magic into my week 🏃‍♂️ 💪!!!
And then home to the most epic fakeaway lunch.
PIZZA 🍕!!!!! AND CHPS 🍟!!!!!

Being away is a good reason to miss parkrun UK this morning. But it’s not a reason to miss my body magic all together 🤩.
And what better use of the hotel gym that I’m staying at to help me out
(Disclosure. IVE NEVER USED A HOTEL GYM!)

Perfect start to my day. I’m ready to smash the weekend on plan and heading towards another loss on the scales next week.
