To all the beautiful mums, I hope today you feel special, you feel loved and above all you feel appreciated for all you do. Some people say being a mum is easy and it may be who knows, but to me a mum is being constantly worried about our children, feeding cleaning supporting, a good councillor, constantly checking our phones incase we are needed, being their to help wherever and whenever needed. A bank, security and the most important to show our kids they are LOVED UNCONDITIONALLY. So today to all you wonderful mums have a magical day whatever you are doing 🩷

Good afternoon, I have pulled a card from my angels and aura deck today Wise decision.
I feel you are having to make some changes, adjustments and decisions in your life at the minute and wondering if you are making the right choices. This card comes to tell you that although your life feels very burdened with so much going on, you are making the right decisions to help you move forward. As one door closes another will open. Know that you are protected and cared for from your angels while you move through uncertain times. Do not rush into anything carefully plan your actions then once you have taken the necessary steps do not dwell on it let it go. Know these changes will open up a sense of freedom and help you heal too.
I hope if this card resonates with you, you know you are loved and are being watched over by spirit and angels to guide you gently to your new chapter in your life. X

I have pulled a card today from my deck “ work your light.”
Transformation,
As we spiritual people are leaving the year of the snake we are shedding our skins, out with the old and in with the new which we all know is the Year of the Fire Horse, as I have mentioned in my previous posts.
So it does not surprise me that this card had been pulled today.
It reminds us that things are changing we are changing, these changes are here to guide us through our next phase and at the same time it is healing us from our past challenges so we can let go of them. Remember the challenges are there so we can learn from them. We need to balance our lives in order to move forward, balance our emotions, feelings, thoughts and lives. Self love is a good place to start. You need to release your old ways in order to make way for your new way of being. It is ok for childhood patterns to rise in your thoughts let them come and then release them. Listen to your body as well as your mind and work through the changes as they are there to help you heal and get ready for your onward journey.
Do not fear the changes welcome them and have a wonderful day. Love and light to you all x

I have pulled this beautiful card this morning. Freedom.
This card shows a beautiful horse running free, although it is plain to see it still is carrying items on its back and so it reminds you that you are at a stage in your life where you know there are situations to sort out you have a goal in mind for your future happiness. You have been just getting through the days and now you are ready to make a difference and start enjoying your life. Keep this feeling in your heart of wanting to make that change to feel free and enjoy life. The dreaming stage is over it’s time for action. To act is to change you know what it is that will give you freedom so get out there and make them changes. Your challenges of the past have brought you the strength and stamina to see this through and today you are ready for freedom. Have a wonderful Friday ###

Thank you to everyone who attended my two first sound bath sessions of 2026. It was lovely to see new faces as well as my returning friends. We all must agree having a smaller group feels more personal. So I will be restricting numbers for the next ones. Therefore if you are interested please let me know ASAP to avoid disappointment.

Good morning, I have pulled this card this morning from the “work your light “ deck.
The crumbling,
I absolutely know that for many people 2025 was not the best year for them. However, as this card comes to you today it asks you what it is that you are holding onto. When you look at the picture do you see the darkness closing or do you see it opening. Out of every storm comes brightness and look at the beautiful colours behind the dark tower. If you hold onto the past and negativity it will close in on you and you will feel like you cannot break free. The past has gone 2025 has gone it is history. You cannot change the challenges or traumas it has left you with. It can only keep your mind imprisoned with fear and worries. This card reminds you fears and worries hold you back and so think about what it is you are clinging to and release it let it go if it does not serve your happiness. I am a great believer in writing down what affects me what is negative then burning it to release it or ripping it up and throwing it away. When I look at what I have written down I know it is coming from my thoughts and so I get rid of them and find positive ones to replace them. It is an exercise I learned a long time ago that stops me holding onto things that no longer serve me. I hope by seeing this card today it helps your mind set and you too can find the beauty in this card that will help you find peace as we begin 2026. Have a lovely weekend xx

I am today pulling a card from the oracle deck called “work your light”
This card is all about taking care of ourselves and our thoughts too. Many of us when we are going through a bit of a struggle allow ourselves to be overtaken by our thoughts. Negative feelings begin to over take us and little things can become big things. This mother on the card comes today to remind us that we are loved and cherished. She is wearing blue which is the healing colour and wants to help you heal and free you from your worries and fears. As a child we mostly turn to our mothers for that reassuring cuddle that always made things better. So she wants to remind you now as an adult you are doing your best and do not have to carry it all on your own. You have come so far and achieved so much, so do not look back, do not dwell on the negatives look to your future with open arms and that motherly love you hold so dear. You are stronger than you realise and are allowed to enjoy some time to do what ever makes you happy. Let the sun shine on your face and enjoy the moment. Love and light xx

Many people have contacted me recently feeling very emotional and having feelings they are going backwards instead of forward.
Please do not let fear take hold as we are resonating with the super moon “wolf moon” I do not want anyone to be under any illusion I know what I am talking about with astronomy, but I do my research when I know a moon is coming and prepare myself as a spiritualist. So my emotions were heightened and my intuition and empathy was certainly kicking in big time. I found myself passing someone and picking up on their feelings. I was thinking a lot about past years traumas and realised quickly this moon was preparing me to bring them to the surface and release them. It was giving me a chance to throw out the old to bring new beginnings and I done everything I could to honour this new moon. I have found myself watching so much about our wonderful planets and stars as I have been so drawn to it all this year so far. Today I have woken up feeling more like myself but a better version. I feel free and ready for what lies ahead. So if you are experiencing anything like I have been just go with the flow because without you knowing it sometimes the moon is helping you behind the scenes. I feel blessed to know when things are happening it’s for a reason and being a spiritual person most of my life I understand I have to go through these changes for my growth. I read a statement once “don’t go through life, grow through it” and that is such a strong phrase for me. I hope you all have a good weekend ###
