Salisbury Road and Waverley Road surgeries will be closed from 1pm on Thursday 4th September. This is due to staff training.

Out of Hours services will still be available. For urgent medical advice, please call 111 or visit 111.nhs.uk

In the event of a life threatening emergency, please call 999.

Craneswater Group Practice will reopen as normal on Friday 5th September 2025 at 08:00.

You may have heard on the news that GPs can now prescribe Weight loss injections (Mounjuro), however this is not a service that is currently being offered in Hampshire and Isle of Wight.

In our continuous effort to improve patient care we have introduced Anima our new total triage tool which is launching tomorrow.

From 8am Tuesday 13th May If you need to contact the practice for a medical or admin request, please head over to our website where you can follow the link to submit a request.
