Hey there,
I’m Sue, and my journey with never ending sugar cravings, my weight, food control and body image has been far from straightforward
Like many busy, diabetic women, trying to maintain a healthy relationship food and my health felt impossible
The pressure to stick to a strict, sugar free diet and the guilt from not achieving that,
overwhelmed me every single day - the sugar cravings were off the scale 🙈

started on the way I felt about my body - I mean - it had seriously let me down after all
But here’s what I learned after many years of destructive habits and negative self talk

It comes from understanding and addressing the deeper issues that drive out thoughts and behaviour
Hypnotherapy allowed me to discover that I had not accepted my diagnosis
and that ever increasing levels of food and sugar restriction and obsessive control were just magnifying my situation and making everything a million times worse 😳
