As Christmas is approaching and with large volumes of prescriptions expected (double), we are anticipating an overwhelming retrieval area.

This causes delays in locating your medication and added pressure to the team.

We have worked hard in the past week to ensure every patient has been texted. If we do not have a contact number for you, then please let a member of the team know. We can update your records and send a text accordingly.
