Today sees the start of what can be a stressful time in many households - exam results!

For some, the results are the green light to move forward onto whatever is planned next, whether that be in education or work.

But what if they aren't what you expected, and means a rethink is needed on the next steps?

You may have feelings of panic, disappointment, even embarrassment or shame. There is a lot to process and it's important to acknowledge these feelings before making any big decisions about what to do next.

You will have lots of well-meaning advice and support, but it can be overwhelming, lots of noise going on in your head at a time when you need quiet time to reflect and consider your plans.

You can come and find that peace and quiet with us. Our horses don't care what grades you got, they just see you as you, and will give you the space, comfort and security to process your emotions and create the clarity to allow you to make the right decisions for you.

Until the end of August, we are offering a special rate of just £15 for young people who want to spend an hour with the horses to help process exam results and next steps. Get in touch if you'd like to book in.
