🌟 January Apprentice of the Month 🌟

We’re incredibly proud to celebrate our very own Lauren, Care Assistant here at Latham Lodge Nursing & Residential Care Home, as January’s Apprentice of the Month

Lauren is currently completing her Level 3 Lead Adult Care Worker apprenticeship and her tutor recently shared some lovely feedback following an observation. When an unexpected fire alarm sounded, Lauren stayed calm, took the lead to ensure everyone was safe, supported her colleagues and once everything was resolved, made sure residents were comfortable and reassured, complete with a well-earned cup of tea!

Lauren’s kindness, confidence and natural leadership shine through every day and this recognition is so well deserved. Congratulations, Lauren, we’re so lucky to have you as part of the Latham Lodge team!

Ashleigh from Latham Lodge Nursing & Residential Care Home has been nominated as Apprentice of the Month by her tutor at the University of Wi******er for her exceptional dedication and commitment during her first year as a Nursing Associate Apprentice. Balancing a busy full-time role with her studies, she approaches every opportunity with enthusiasm, professionalism and pride.
