This patient has drop foot due to having had a stroke two years ago. As a result you can see they have developed a callus on the tip of their 3rd toe with a haemorrhage beneath it. This is from the toes dragging when they walk.

From taking advice I’d given them on footwear, wearing a prop I had made to protect the toe and also wearing an aid provided by a physiotherapist all day instead of only when they went out of the house, you can see there has been improvement already in just 7 weeks. 👣
