Meet Karen – what an incredible transformation! 🙌

was inspired by friend Jo’s transformation and sent us a message asking to book in for her free wellness evaluation and body scan!

Nervous and skeptical at the start, but after 60 visits with us (aka 5 months), here’s what she’s achieved:

✨ 89 cm trimmer
✨ 15.9 kg lighter (that’s 2st 7lbs down!)

This burst of sunshine in human form has slotted beautifully into club life with us at The Nutrition Station! 🥰

We met a few months ago at our street party which led to connecting on Instagram and an invite to our Open Night - then the rest as they say is history!!!! 🔥

A little Friday shout out for this ray of sunshine!!! ☀️

came to see me at after being inspired by and achieving the most incredible health and fitness results with us! 🥰

Kat wanted something simple, easy, and family friendly, which was also sustainable, educational and nutritional! ✨

And together that’s exactly what we delivered! 💪🏼

In 6 months, Kat lost over 1 stone of body fat, became 14 metabolic years younger on the inside, reduced her visceral fat by 2.5L and dropped a dress size too! 💥

And what’s better is that shes maintained her results for another 6+ months now too!!! 👏🏼

Kat also now feels ‘more spritely’ and energetic! Her bloating/ reflux has gone and she can totally see her hard work paying off! 🔥

In fact, she’s stronger and fitter than ever, and has just been crowned double champion in adult gymnastics, winning gold with her team in Acro Gymnastics and Kat winning individual gold for Artistic Gymnastics 🥇🥇

“I actually really really love this!”

Not gonna lie folks… upon first meeting her, I didn’t think would last the first 10 visits and in truth neither did she! 😅

However we love a challenge at and here we are 80 visits in and Emma is absolutely THRIVING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

⚡️ hair and skin are glowing and hydrated!
⚡️ dropping fat for fun!
⚡️ toned waist and arms!
⚡️ heartburn, bloating and water retention long gone!
⚡️eating 2-3 x more food than ever and loving it!
And soooooo much more!!!

PLUS

Emma is now officially in the EX yoyo dieter club!!! Yay!!!!

This is by far the longest she’s ever stuck to anything … everrrrr…!!!

The difference? With our education and accountability, Emma has now been empowered to ditch the diet mentality forever and is leaning in to our simple but sustainable healthy habit lifestyle with no restrictions and no end point!

12 YEARS YOUNGER!!! 🤩

What a fantastic review for Jan!

Inspired by friend Tanya’s amazing result, Jan came to our January Open Night, was blown away by what she heard and saw, and joined!!!

Fast forward just 3 months and here she is creating her own healthy magic!!!!

🤩 12 years younger!
