Meet … a woman who was fed up of feeling fed up!

Now, just look at her go!!!

✨ 96cm trimmer!
✨ 3 stone down!
✨ 4L of visceral fat shredded!

But the real transformation?

🌸 Her knee pain is easing and digestive health is so much better!

As some of our members have realised this week, not all calories are equal and not all of them come from food!

A lot of the time when we speak to our club members they can often eat quite healthily or not actually consume as many calories as they think but they forget to pay attention to the calories, fat and - most of all - sugar in a lot of what they drink...

Places to look out for are:

High street coffees.. especially with go-large
sizes, extra syrups, sprinkles or sweetie garnishes!

Alcohol... not always the sweetest of drinks
contain the most calories or sugar, so be wary of what and how much you drink!

Carbonated drinks ...
often full of sugar and sometimes highly caffeinated to give that buzz which leads to a sugar craving come down!

It’s easy to make those simple swaps and save you money, boost your vitality and to help get you closer to living that healthier lifestyle.

In June 2024 you came to our Open Night to have a little nosy about what we were about…

You were super skeptical about everything you heard and saw, and in your words you thought you were “a lost cause” because of your health conditions…

BUT…

Just look at our wonderful !!

Pauline came to one of our Open Nights in July after being inspired by a friend’s great result, loved what she heard and decided to join us!

Wow - even with a couple of holidays and a birthday thrown in, look at what she’s achieved so far in such a short space of time!

19lbs gone!!
A huge 2.5 litres of that nasty visceral fat gone!!
Dropped a couple of dress sizes!!
Sleep really good!!
Walking 12k steps pain free!!
Her posture has improved too!!
And Pauline looks and feels so much younger, fresher and healthier!!

Club feels like “a whole other family” to Pauline and we’re really honoured to have such a lovely lady choosing to work with us to help her achieve her goals !!
