Life's not been necessarily easy this start of year for me, everyone and the world. But the small and quiet joys are the ones that soothe me.

At this time of year, 'good' business logic says I should be pushing you to set resolutions and chase a 'New You.' But honestly? Forcing that intensity right now goes against everything I stand for. It’s Winter—nature is resting, so why aren't we?
Instead, I want you to listen to your body. If you need to coorie up and be cosy, I celebrate you for that.

But if you are looking for a space to land, I’m here for you to rest or move (and know even if we are moving in a flow class with a bit more intensity, I will always leave space for a lengthy Savasana):

🌿Root & Rise Retreat Day🌿

I am so excited to share with you that on the 15th March I will be returning to the stunning to host another retreat day.

This time we will be bringing in the Spring Equinox, coming together in community to slowly awaken from Winter and embrace Spring. We will be exploring supportive practices to help you remain grounded as we emerge from the darker part of the year.

Root & Rise will involve moving with different tools to support you on your journey including:

✨ Yoga - Dynamic and Restorative
✨ Meditation
✨ Sharing circles
✨ Collective rituals
✨ Sound Bath

Our lunch for the day will be catered once again by the fantastic

Who can join?

This day welcomes all! No matter where you are on your journey or what body you currently live in, you are welcome here.
There will be 12 spaces available.

This time of year can be difficult for so many with different family dynamics, loneliness, lack of support and so much more. We all have different experiences of this time, some joyful some the complete opposite.

Scroll through if you need to know where there is some extra support over this time or if you just need to speak to someone.

Not only are the pressing demands of this time hard but we are also fully heading into Winter and that transition between the busyness of the holiday season into January can also be difficult so these support systems are there for beyond Christmas Day too.

I am so excited to share with you that on the 9th November I will be hosting a day retreat at the stunning

Join me for a day centred around reclaiming your magic and exploring supportive practices as we move into the darker part of the year.

Awakening your Inner Witch will involve moving with different tools to support you on your journey including:

✨ Meditation
✨ Sharing circles
✨ Collective rituals
✨ Sound Bath

This day welcomes all women, transgender women, non-binary, and gender non-conforming individuals who are comfortable in a space centered around a feminine experience. No matter where you are on your journey or what body you currently live in, you are welcome here.
There will be 12 spaces available.

Blessed Ostara!The Spring Equinox is here and this is my NY! Why? Because why would I want to set goals when I'm still in Winter. Today has been such a gloriously warm and sunny day where I am and everything just feels better. This week alone ive had far more energy, especially with the lighter mornings. We often set ourselves apart from nature when in fact we are nature so why wouldn't we move with the seasons. It's about moving with these cycles and seasons and appreciating the beauty in both. Winter has its place and has a beautiful purpose but spring can really start to make you feel alive as we come out of that hibernation!! And today I've been making the most of it. Doesn't mean we won't still go through those seasonal cycles even in the brighter months but like a glorified house plant I'm absorbing every bit of the joy right now. 🌸✨
