After a lovely and inspiring start to the first group, I am happy to say that One Soul Yoga continues to embrace the autumn with the second 6 weeks Beginners Yoga course.

You will be guided over 6 weeks on the foundation of yoga. Introduced to brief philosophy, breathwork, meditation and basic postures. Assistance in poses with attention to alignment and safety by your teacher and guidance offered on any use of props.

Hello 😊

I’m back following a long break from yoga classes in May. 🧘🏾‍♀️

I was fortunate to experience the delights of going back to my family home of Jamaica, a truly beautiful country. Travelling with my sister, embracing it's diverse history, my family roots, family tree and extended branches. It was a deeply nourishing and humbling journey. Early morning yoga, grounded this experience on a more deeper level.

Every breath was amazing and as in yoga we do see the world through different lens when we experience any change.

I am reminded of the symbolic tree pose in yoga. It is not just a posture. My feet in the sand here in Jamaica, reminds me of the interconnectedness of life. Yes we are all one. Jamaica's saying "Out of many, One people" 🏝️
