🎉 FRIDAY 8AM GREATEST LOSER 2026 🎉

A huge, massive WELL DONE to our amazing Sally, who has lost an incredible FIVE STONE 👏

Sally joined Slimming World with her mum, and what a journey it’s been! Not only is she five stone lighter, she’s enjoying better health, feeling more confident, and even after dealing with some recent health issues, she’s right back on track and fighting fit 💪

We absolutely adore our Sally in group her humour, her (legendary) lateness, and her fabulous bright outfits that light up the room every Friday morning 🌈 (roll on summer!)

Sal, keep doing you. You are an inspiration to us all and we’re so proud of everything you’ve achieved.
You’ve done AMAZING! 💖👏

One year ago today, we lost an incredible woman who changed so many lives 💫
The founder of Slimming World, Margaret Miles-Bramwell, and someone whose vision, compassion and belief in others continues to live on through every group, every consultant and every member.

I feel so incredibly lucky and honoured to have had the opportunity to meet Margaret one to one, something I will be forever grateful for. It was a moment I’ll always treasure and one that reminded me why I do what I do every single day.

That experience wouldn’t have been possible without my amazing district manager at the time, Petersfield Slimming World with Vanessa who believed in me and recognised my hard work thank you from the bottom of my heart 💙

Today I’m remembering, reflecting and feeling thankful. Thankful for the opportunities, the support, and the legacy that continues to help so many people believe in themselves.

Thank you to my Slimming World members for such a meaningful week in group, celebrating our Greatest Losers and the support you show one another. I genuinely wouldn’t be where I am today without you. Weeks like this remind me why i do what i do and how much i love my role as a slimming world consultant it is what they say touching hearts and changing lives. Your understanding and encouragement mean more than you know.
Supporting over 150+ members each week is a responsibility I take very seriously, and while it isn’t always easy 🙄, it is always worthwhile. I feel truly grateful to be on this journey with you and very lucky to support such an inspiring group of people.

Right… soppy stuff over straight back to those weight loss goals please love Mrs bossy pants 😉

💙 Greatest Loser 💙

A HUGE shoutout to our amazing Richard, who is our Greatest Loser for our Wednesday 7pm group, having lost an incredible 3½ stone 👏👏

Richard first walked through our doors on his own, feeling fed up, low on energy and not feeling great in himself. He was inspired to take that brave step after watching his brother in law lose weight with Slimming World in romsey, he’s brother in law has since gone on to lose a whopping 9 stone amazing! 🤯

And the inspiration didn’t stop there… Richard’s brother Nigel joined our group after seeing how successful Richard’s journey has been and Nigel has already lost an incredible 2 stone 11.5 lbs himself 👏 and guess what……after seeing both he’s brothers doing amazing the third brother joined a slimming world group in whitely losing two stone.
Next step the Slimming World magazine for you boys lol SUPERSTARS ⭐

I mean 16 stone 11.5 pounds gone between four men 😮

This is proof that Slimming World is NOT just for women 💪

Richard still enjoys “lots and lots” of holidays 😂, makes the best Weetabix cake 😉, and is now very close to hitting his dream target weight. Even better, he’s got a new lease of life and has recently completed his first climb in a long time 🏔️💙

If you’re a man thinking Slimming World isn’t for you… think again 👀

🌟 GREATEST LOSER 2026 🌟

I am beyond proud to share our amazing Greatest Loser 2026 Lyn, who has lost an incredible 6 stone 3 pounds 👏👏👏

When Lyn first joined, she was struggling with high cholesterol and high blood pressure, felt embarrassed to leave the house, and couldn’t keep up with her grandchildren. Walking through the doors for the first time took huge courage but she hasn’t looked back since 💖

Lyn says she’s made lovely friends, loves how flexible the plan is, and that being able to eat out and enjoy time with family has been so important to her.

Now? She’s chasing the grandkids around theme parks, her cholesterol and blood pressure are back to normal, and she feels like a brand-new woman 😊🎢

Lyn said:

“My consultant is amazing and gives me a kick up the bum when I need it. I honestly cannot thank my group and Chantelle enough I couldn’t have done it without her.”

🌟 From “I Never Thought I Could” to “Look What I’ve Achieved” 🌟

Never thought I’d lose weight, but nearly 3 years into my Slimming World journey I’m 4.5 stone lighter, have maintained for over 2 years, have reversed my diabetes, and my health conditions have improved so much.

I am so unbelievably proud of you Hazel 💖 This didn’t happen by chance it’s down to consistency, commitment, and never giving up on yourself.
Thank you for all the help, support, and encouragement you give both in group and outside of group you truly are an inspiration to so many others on their own journeys ✨

💗 A journey that means so much 💗

Back in June ’24, I lost my dad 💔
I was grieving, under a huge amount of stress, and struggling with my health.

I’d been a member of Weight Watchers and Slimming World before and had lost weight, but this time felt different.
This time, I wasn’t doing it for anyone else I needed to do this for me. I wanted control over my health and my life again.

From the moment I walked into group, I felt it.
Chantelle greeted us with such warmth, everyone was so friendly, and I left feeling genuinely positive and hopeful.

I absolutely loved the app and I was gobsmacked to lose 6lb in week one!
It took me 32 weeks (7 months) to reach my Personal Achievement Target, with an incredible 5 stone 1½ lb loss.
I’ve now maintained that loss since the end of April 2025 💪

The changes go far beyond the scales:
✨ My health is so much better
✨ I’ve reversed my pre-diabetes blood readings
✨ I feel more confident, happier, and in control again

I’ll always be so grateful for Slimming World, Chantelle, and everyone at Baffins Wednesday 9am group you truly changed my life. ❤️
