Practising a deep seeing exercise buy engaging with your sense of sight can help you connect more deeply to your surroundings, bringing your focus into the present. Look around the space you are in and identify an object that is appealing to you and using your sense of sight, begin to engage with that object. Pay attention to its colour, shape, size and texture and keep observing it until you start to notice and pick out details that you haven’t noticed before. Continue this for 3 to 5 minutes to fully immerse yourself in this exercise.
