For me, 2024 was a powerful reminder that pushing myself to the limit only led to burnout. 🏃♀️ 🏃♀️ 🏃♀️
So, as we move into 2025, I’m choosing a gentler, more compassionate approach.
There will be no New Year’s resolutions for me. Instead, I’m keeping things simple—focusing on slowing down, prioritizing self-care, and leading with compassion.
In essence, if something feels good for my body and mind or aligns with my values, I’ll do more of it. If it doesn’t, I’ll let it go—without pressure or self-punishment.
Here’s what I hope 2025 will look and feel like:
🌱 Being kind and compassionate to myself, even when it’s hard.
🌱 Showing myself the same care I give to my clients.
🌱 Moving my body with intention and joy.
🌱 Nourishing myself with fresh, colorful, whole foods.
Self-care isn’t about drastically overhauling my life; it’s about making mindful, intentional choices that sustain and nurture my body and mind.
I encourage you to celebrate YOU, whether this year was about surviving, growing, or surpassing your own expectations, every win—big or small—deserves to be honored.
If you choose to set goals for the new year, I hope they’re mindful, compassionate, and rooted in care for yourself.
Let’s make 2025 your year of balance and self-love ⚖️ ❤️
With oodles of love and gratitude,
Anna ###
