As usual I have decided to participate within the pretty muddy 5k race for life. This year is different for me though, this year has been hard for a lot of different reasons and it just makes me fight a little harder to help such an amazing cause!

On the 26th February we celebrated our first birthday, I want to thank a Touch of Magic for allowing us the opportunity to help support them in fundraising for the Society of St James.

We managed to raise an amazing £300 and I can proudly say i couldn’t have done it without all of you. A massive thank you to everyone who has supported our business, who attended the party, who purchased tickets & who donated prizes.

Without any of you Back on Track wouldn’t be where it is today and for that I am ever grateful for every single one of you🤩

1year ago I created & opened Back on Track Sports Therapy, so only as tradition it requires a BIRTHDAY PARTY🎉

Please join us on the 26th February where we will be celebrating in style with a Free yoga flow taster session, Free taping master class & a charity raffle with some great prizes - £5 a strip or £1 per ticket💰

All money towards the raffle with be going to a Touch of Magic on behalf of SSJ during 2023, and will benefit & aid the homeless community in Portsmouth.

Do you understand or know fascia?

‘Fascia is a thin connective tissue that surrounds and holds every organ, blood vessel, bone, nerve fibre and MUSCLE in its place’

This is just as important to understand as a muscle adhesion as a therapist I recognise how important it is to work through the layers. Looking at structure, balance, motion and referred pain - only then can you fully correct a distinction.
