Why does that matter? Because poor mental health affects so many of us — whether you’re struggling yourself or supporting someone who is. The ripples reach far and wide.
In such a busy world, it’s easy to forget to pause and take care of yourself. Be kind, take time when you can, and make your mental wellbeing a priority. 💚
If you’re struggling, please reach out — to your GP, local talking therapies, mental health groups like The Samaritans, or in severe cases, call 999 or visit A&E.
And remember: speaking openly with those around you can make a huge difference — you may be surprised how many people understand and are ready to listen.
