EVERY SINGLE THING YOU WANT IS EITHER BLOCKED OR FLOWS TO YOU BECAUSE OF HOW YOU SHOW UP FOR YOURSELF,

❤️ the promotion
❤️ the audience
❤️ the customers
❤️ the guy
❤️ the friends
❤️ the vocation

Every single one is tied up with what you believe to be true about these things and how you show up in that world echos back to you the reinforced belief.

Visibility tends to be a block in the sacral chakra.
If it’s ‘who do I think I am?’ Sacral.
If it’s they are gonna judge it’s the the throat chakra.

Why is showing up and shining so hard?

We walk a v fine line of wanting to shine and hide every day/week/month/moment. The problem is not that. The problem is when we have no spaces to honour our shine moments, and no capacity to honour our hide moments. When life is so full that the moments we would dare to be seen we are too busy.

Why do you think you get triggered when you make an effort and he doesn’t notice?

Because you never give yourself spaces to be noticed and shoot all the compliments down, and then you do notice you and you expect him to match your energy. (Hes on his own timeline and thinks your hot with no make up btw, and you’ve shot his compliments down so many times he thinks you don’t want them).

Your ability to shine in the moments you want and need to is tied to your success.

It starts with showing up for yourself.

A story for you ❤️

The running joke is that I’m the worst in front of the camera. And living in the shadow of my gorgeous little sister and then my beautiful bestie who always felt like the little sister was not easy. Posing came v v difficult for me, I would say I love my body and I love my face, but stick a camera in my face and I do all kinds of weird s**t.

Does that mean I should hide? Because I will never be able to pose myself does that mean I know what it feels like to not know what I am doing, so when I have an awks woman in front of me, I know all the things to get her to be ok for that 1/250th of a second so I can catch her in her light. Does it mean I have the advantage. I think so. As awkward as they come. But my desire to really ‘get you’ to really SEE, means I’ll spend the time hearing your story and understanding your intentions before we even start.

What does this do? It gives me a glimpse into your light. Your story will light you up at times and I will see all your edges and rawness and from there, I know what I’m looking for. I know when I’ve got you and when I need to work harder.

So if you’re awkward like me, but also know it’s time to step back into the centre of your story. I have got you.

Just normal humans, real women, real people, when I say real I mean MINIMAL LIGHT AND COLOUR TWEAK editing, what you see is us celebrating your amazing features, 11 years of posing for CONFIDENCE first and how you look second. Why because once we crack you open the rest is EASY!

You are art and you deserve to celebrate yourself and honour that beautiful body that is along for the whole ride, that has more wisdom than you ca imagine, that heart that keeps beating, those legs that keep serving, that belly that creates the fire that creates universes, and that back that has carried so much.

Thank you to for being one of the biggest cheerleaders we have had through our doors. Thank you for shining so the other women knew it was safe to and thank you for trusting us with such a precious time! We are obsessed with you!
