Transition is 28 years old, it is a community salon and also a destination salon with it has a great position close to Fratton train station and on the main bus routes in and out of Portsmouth. We offer a relaxed and friendly working environment within a wonderful and supportive team, to build you in this fantastic career and raise your game.
What we are looking for in our ideal candidate:
* Drive and motivation
* Willingness to learn and perfect your skills with an ability to multitask.
* An understanding of the basics I.e everything nails feet and hands/hair removal/brows & lashes/massage etc.
* A friendly, bubbly, caring nature.
* Exceptional customer service and the understanding of the clients needs, adaptability and be prepared to go above & beyond, as our clients are mostly regular or recommended.
* The ideal therapist candidate will have an outgoing personality and a can-do approach to any task.
* Excellent communication skills for both client and colleague interaction with the ability to work well within a team.
* Must be prepared to maintain a high standard of cleanliness throughout the salon, and have high standards of practice.
* Punctuality and politeness.
